• A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD A TENT (Minimum 30%).
  
  
• A credit card SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500 is required for all rentals.
  
  
• FINAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, MASTERCARD OR VISA (Personal checks accepted with pre-approved credit card guarantee).
  
  
• TENTS and RENTAL ITEMS - We regret we cannot reduce the tent size or remove rental items within 10 days of rental setup. Tent sizes and rental items may be increased up to 48 hours before rental setup based on availability. Please note that rental setup may be scheduled prior to actual event.
  
  
• ADDITIONAL CHARGES - 6% New Jersey Sales Tax (unless tax exempt organization - certificate required).
